Research

Evergreen Energy’s research and development facility in Rapid City, South Dakota is located in the Black Hills Business Development Center which is on the South Dakota School of Mines & Technology (SDSM&T) campus.   Our campus location provides Evergreen Energy with close proximity to engineering and scientific expertise. In addition to our partnership with SDSM&T, we also have joint research projects with other universities. Evergreen Energy just recently submitted a joint research proposal with Montana Tech.  Our partnership with IBM^® also grants Evergreen Energy access to the latest developments made by IBM Research.  IBM Researchers have the international reputation of pushing the boundaries of science, technology, and business and we are pleased to have open avenues of collaboration with them.
