Statement Regarding Second Utility Customer
On December 27, 2006, Evergreen Energy announced that it had signed Agreements with two major utilities to advance the integration of several K-Direct coal refineries in both existing and new coal power plants.
The Company is providing additional information on the agreements with one of those utilities today. The Company continues to proceed with a study with the second utility as well. The Company will provide further information on their agreements with the second utility at a later date.
